Refund and Returns Policy
At Jag Sersant, we strive to provide our customers with high quality products and a good shopping experience. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist and support you with our refund and returns policy.
- RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it in.
Returns are only accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase.
To request a return and initiate the process, please contact info@jagsersant.co.za, or contact 0837648319.
Please provide your order number and the details of the purchased product/s.
Thereafter we will guide you through the return process.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, a refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
- REFUNDS
Refunds will be issued for the cost of the returned product/s only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
In the case of a defective or damaged product, please provide clear photos of the item along with your return request. This will assist us in expediting the process of reviewing and approving your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed promptly, and you will be notified via email.
- EXCHANGES
We only accept exchanges on clothing items.
An exchange will only be accepted if the original purchased product is unused and undamaged.
- SHIPPING/COURIER
To return your product, please mail it to Jag Sersant, Corner of Breed & Taaifontein Street, Montana, Pretoria, 0182.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping/courier fees. Shipping and courier costs are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping/courier service and purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
